NAB Adds Congrssional Staffer As SVP Of Gov't. Relations

Congressional staffer MILDRED WEBBER is joining the NAB's Government Relations Department as SVP of Government Affairs, reports TV NEWSDAY. WEBBER, Deputy Chief of Staff for House Majority Whip ROY BLUNT (R-MO), consulted embattled former House Majority Leader TOM DELAY (R-TX) in reelection campaigns in which NAB Pres./CEO DAVID REHR, then the head of the NATIONAL BEER WHOLESALERS ASSOCIATION, played a key fundraising role; WEBBER later served as DELAY's Director of Coalitions. She also worked as Staff Director for Rep. DAVID MCINTOSH (R-IN).
