Jacque Reid Status On Harvey Show Still Up In The Air

ALL ACCESS has learned that JACQUE REID, who is the co-hostess of THE STEVE HARVEY MORNING SHOW is currently on vacation, but may not return to the syndicated wake-up show. INNER CITY BROADCASTING CORP. (ICBC) Urban AC WBLS/NEW YORK, where the show originates, had no comment. WBLS PD VINNY BROWN said REID is on vacation and has not been terminated.

REID, a former news anchor for CNN and BET, told the NEW YORK DAILY NEWS she had been advised not to comment nor discuss her employment status. Meanwhile, former HARVEY co-hostess SHIRLEY STRAWBERRY, who is anchoring the show locally on MAGIC Urban KDAY/LOS ANGELES, is filling in for REID.
