Triad Fargo JSA Gets Six Month Waiver

The FCC has given TRIAD BROADCASTING CO. a six-month waiver of the Commission's divestiture requirement so that TRIAD can keep its JSA of Oldies KEGK (EAGLE 106.9)/WAHPETON-FARGO, ND while the FCC considers a permanent waiver. TRIAD is technically over the limit for station ownership or control in the FARGO market, but is arguing that CLEAR CHANNEL's grandfathered situation there means that TRIAD needs the extra sales inventory to compete.
