VIC MICHAEL's MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY TRANSLATORS, LLC is selling K297AK/LOVELAND, CO to iHEARTMEDIA's CITICASTERS LICENSES, INC. for $25,000.   The primary station is listed as Country KXBG (BIG COUNTRY 97.9)/CHEYENNE, WY-FORT COLLINS, CO, but the station relays KXBG's HD2 channel, AC SUNNY 107.3.

And MARY MEDICUS is selling K245BP/CHEYENNE, WY to iHEARTMEDIA/CITICASTERS LICENSES, INC. as well, for $10,000.  That translator's primary station is listed as Country KOLZ (100.7 KOLT FM)/CHEYENNE.

In other filings with the FCC, SUSAN CLINTON has closed on the sale of W223CO/ATLANTIC CITY, NJ to LONGPORT MEDIA, LLC for $26,000.  The translator will rebroadcast News-Talk WOND-A/PLEASANTVILLE-ATLANTIC CITY.

And COMMUNITY MEDIA ASSISTANCE PROJECT has closed on the sale of K224EP/HORSESHOE BEND, ID to FM IDAHO CO., LLC for $85,000.

RHATTIGAN BROADCASTING (TEXAS), L.P. has closed on the sale of News-Talk KVOP-A, Sports KREW-A, Classic Rock KRIA (103.9 THE ROCKET), and Country KKYN-F (KICKIN COUNTRY)/PLAINVIEW, TX to MONTE SPEARMAN's HIGH PLAINS RADIO NETWORK, LLC for $100,000 plus $350,000 for the broadcast towers and real property associated with the stations.  JASON JAMES of PATRICK COMMUNICATIONS served as exclusive broker for the deal.
