SPANISH BROADCASTING SYSTEM has upped WXDJ/MIAMI AE ROBERT RIVERA to VP of its entertainment division, overseeing the development and production of radio station concert events and building marketing partnerships with clients. The company has also upped EDUARDO GARCIA to LSM at its WSBS-TV/KEY WEST-WSBS-CA/MIAMI (MEGA TV 22).
