  MEC NETWORK Top 40/Rhythmic XMOR (BLAZIN' 98-9 FM)/SAN DIEGO makes a couple of important appointments as Interim PD/MD/morning host DJ SEIZE has been named PD and veteran programmer LEE CORNELL has been brought in as the station's OM. DJ SEIZE has operated as Interim PD since former PD PATTIE MORENO left for SACRAMENTO in JANUARY 2006.
