  The SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION is asking XM SATELLITE RADIO for documents related to its setting of subscriber targets.
  XM says it received an AUGUST 31 letter asking the company to voluntarily hand over the documents, and the company says it will cooperate. The SEC is asking specifically about third and fourth quarters of 2005, XM said in an 8-K filing with the agency.
