Condolences to family and friends of INDIANA COUNTY (PA) Commissioner and former local radio and TV host BERNIE SMITH, who died SUNDAY at his daughter's house in POTOMAC, MD at 67. SMITH started in radio news and spent many years at WDAD-A/INDIANA, PA and WCCS-A/HOMER CITY, PA.
