CALVARY RADIO NETWORK, INC. is selling W251AR/GOSHEN, IN to IB COMMUNICATIONS, LTD. for $54,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Regional Mexican WKAM-A (LA RAZA 1460)/GOSHEN.

In other filings with the FCC, BIRACH BROADCASTING CORPORATION has requested a Silent STA for KJMU-A/SAND SPRINGS, OK while it seeks replacement staff and a new programming source.

1TV.COM, INC. has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for KIKO-F/CLAYPOOL, AZ while it awaits new antenna equipment.

COMMUNITY CELEBRATIONS INC. has closed on the transfer of community station KCHW/CHEWELAH, WA to NORTHEAST WASHINGTON COMMUNITY RADIO GUILD.

And BILBAT RADIO INC. has closed on the sale of W294BU/CORNING, NY and W296CR/BATH, NY to SOUND COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $1,000.

GRAND VIEW COLLEGE has surrendered its license for low power FM KGVC-LP/DES MOINES.  The deletion of the station gives its shared-time partner on the frequency, DRAKE UNIVERSITY low power Variety KDRA-LP (THE DOG)/DES MOINES, full-time status.
