CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 WHTZ (Z100)/NEW YORK launches its Z100 MOBILE service, the first in CLEAR CHANNEL's national mobile radio programming rollout. Z100 is streaming live radio and features to CINGULAR customers nationwide; CLEAR CHANNEL plans to add up to 100 stations to the cell phone service in the next 12 months. The streaming includes title and artise of the last 10 songs played, text message requests and alerts, and real-time traffic, among other features; DKNY JEANS has signed on as initial sponsor.
