LARKO COMMUNICATIONS, INC. and the estate of CHRISTOPHER LARKO are selling WMYQ/SOUTH WHITLEY, IN to BRIAN R. WALSH for $220,000 plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.  WALSH has returned the station to the air under the TBA as of MARCH 13th by transferring the Oldies format of low power WIOE-LP to the commercial facility and taking WIOE's low-power signal dark.

In other filings with the FCC, BIRACH BROADCASTING CORPORATION has requested a Silent STA for WBVA-A/BAYSIDE, VA while it awaits zoning approval for its new site.

RADIO DISNEY GROUP, LLC has closed on the sale of WDYZ-A/ORLANDO to SALEM COMMUNICATIONS' PENNSYLVANIA MEDIA ASSOCIATES, INC. for $1.3 million.

ELLIOTT B. EVERS, trustee for COSECHA COMMUNICATIONS LLC, has closed on the transfer of Regional Mexican KCUL-F (LA INVASORA)/MARSHALL, TX and Regional Mexican KSYR (LA INVASORA)/BENTON, LA back to ACCESS.1 LOUISIANA HOLDING COMPANY, LLC.

FM 90.1, INC. has closed on the sale of noncommercial Southern Gospel WNFC/PADUCAH, KY to SOMERSET EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING FOUNDATION for $265,000 plus an additional $5,000 for a lease agreement.

And in CANADA, the CRTC has granted ETERNACOM's application for a new transmitter on 102.3 FM with 800 watts ERP in TIMMINS, ON to rebroadcast its Contemporary Christian CJTK/SUDBURY, ON.  The CRTC rejected another application by WILLIAM ROWE for a new Christian AC FM on 102.3 FM with 32 watts ERP to serve TIMMINS and additional applications for repeater stations in CHAPLEAU, HEARST, KAPUSKASING, KIRKLAND LAKE, NEW LISKEARD, NORTH BAY, SAULT STE. MARIE, and SMOOTH ROCK FALLS, ON and RED DEER, AB.
