Spanish Religion KVIV-A (RADIO VICTORIA)/EL PASO technically changes hands from SPANISH CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING OF EL PASO to EL PASO Y JUAREZ COMPANERISMO-CRISTIANO in a reorganization that formalizes a previous agreement- the "seller" served as the "buyer"'s nominee/stand-in until the 1995 purchase price was paid in full. The two companies are both headed by ALFREDO CABRERA; no consideration was paid for the transfer.
