DENNIS JACKSON is selling the construction permit for W279CI/DANBURY, CT to THE BERKSHIRE BROADCASTING CORP. for $250,000.

TLP COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has closed on the sale of Oldies KFMJ/KETCHIKAN, AK to STEVEN RHYNER for $265,000.
