Longtime CHICAGO radio host MILT ROSENBERG is returning to the air on MONDAY via KOVAS COMMUNICATIONS News-Talk WCGO-A/EVANSTON-CHICAGO, produced by WALDO MEDIA.
ROSENBERG, 90, who hosted "EXTENSION 720" on crosstown TRIBUNE News-Talk WGN-A for almost 40 years before exiting in DECEMBER 2012, will host noon-2p (CT) on WCGO. ZACK CHRISTENSON will serve as Executive Producer and DANIEL FRENCH as Show Producer.
ROSENBERG said, “I am pleased to be back on the air, once again bringing smart and, hopefully, enlightening discussions to an audience that very much deserves and revels in content that appeals to our finer sensibilities. The CHICAGO listener and indeed all Americans are far more intelligent and intellectual than the programming with which they are often targeted. Our aim is not to offer up soundbytes and CLIFF'S NOTES of the goings on in and around CHICAGO, the nation and the world, but to dig deep and find out the stories behind the story, the matter behind the headline. We will ask and offer theories and maybe an occasional answer to the bigger questions of life -- political, social, personal, emotional, historic, artful and even spiritual. In short, we will cover everything, just about everything, except pop psychology and poodle trimming.”
