Last night (4/7) the identity of the singer behind the song "Goodbye" was revealed on "THE TONIGHT SHOW STARRING JIMMY FALLON."  The mystery artist is 23 year old NASHVILLE-based singer/songwriter JAKE HAGOOD.

We've known the people behind the artist: songwriter/producer DR. LUKE (KATY PERRY, KELLY  CLARKSON, PINK, AVRIL LAVIGNE, etc) and BIG MACHINE founder and SCOTT BORCHETTA, who also discovered and signed TAYLOR SWIFT.  The artist is managed by none other than SCOOTER BRAUN, who also manages JUSTIN BIEBER and CARLY RAE JEPSEN.

For the reveal, HAGOOD initially sang with his back to the audience, surrounded by several singers who took turns lipsyncing a line from the first verse before exiting the stage.  By the second verse, the singer turned to face the cameras, finally revealing himself as the artist FANCY.

On his INSTAGRAM page following the performance, HAGOOD wrote "I can not express how grateful I am for all of the positivity and kindness you have all shared with me! My journey started with a goodbye, but please know this is just the beginning. I can't wait to share the rest of what I have been working on! I'm living proof that if you believe in your dreams anything can happen! Don't ever be afraid to be who you are and always stay true to yourself! Never stop reaching for the impossible!

HAGOOD thanked radio and his fans adding, "To all of the radio stations playing my song, and all of the fans that have been loving me so well, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart! None of this would have happened with out you!"
