The price for the previously reported purchase by SAGA COMMUNICATIONS, INC.  of  News-Talk WSVA-A-W221CF, Sports WHBG-A (ESPN RADIO 1360), Top 40 WQPO (Q101), Hot AC WJDV (FRESH 96.1), and Active Rock WTGD (105.1 BOB ROCKS)/HARRISONBURG, VA from M. BELMONT VERSTANDIG, INC. is $9.64 million, according to the contract filed with the FCC.

In other filings with the FCC, AMY VERMILLION is selling her 49% of MEDIA PROFESSIONALS, INC., licensee of Country KUNQ (BIG COUNTRY 99.3 THE ROOSTER) and Sports KBTC-A (ESPN 1250)/HOUSTON, MO, to 51% partner JUSTIN DIXON's MEDIA PROFESSIONAL, LLC for $10 plus assumption of full liability for a $192,000 loan from LANDMARK BANK.

SUNNYLANDS BROADCASTING LLC is swapping Rock KCLZ (simulcasting Rock KCLB/COACHELLA)/TWENTYNINE PALMS AFB, CA to MORRIS COMMUNICATIONS CO.'s MCC RADIO, LLC for Sports KFSQ-A (FOX SPORTS 1270)/THOUSAND PALMS, CA.

RAMH CORPORATION is selling KDEF-A/ALBUQUERQUE to SANGRE DE CRISTO BROADCASTING CO., INC. for $250,000 ($33,000 down, $217,000 in a promissory note).  The station lost its license in 2013 for failure to file a renewal application, but a late application for renewal is pending while RAMH pays outstanding regulatory fees to clear out the "red light" restriction on processing the renewal.

FAMILY STATIONS, INC. is selling Religion KEBR-A/ROCKLIN-SACRAMENTO, CA to SPICE RADIO, INC. for $600,000.

LOVCOM, INC. is selling the construction permit for KBHM/BASIN, WY to VIC MICHAEL's KONA COAST RADIO, LLC for $30,000.

BUTTERFIELD BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling K291BS/RICHLAND, WA to ALEXANDRA COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $30,000 ($10,000 cash down, $20,000 in a promissory note).

JULIE SCALF d/b/a AARON AND ALEXANDER COMMUNITY RADIO is selling W211BX/MOULTON, AL to PILATI INVESTMENTS CORP. for $30,000.

THE ASSOCIATION FOR COMMUNITY EDUCATION, INC. is selling K292GF/BAKER, CA to VIC MICHAEL's MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY TRANSLATORS, LLC for $10,000.  The buyer is also buying K247BU/LANCASTER, CA from MARY V. GUTHRIE for $60,000.
