SANDUSKY Rocker KDKB/PHOENIX has posted an UNDER CONSTRUCTION message on their website www.kdkb.com with "THANK YOU FOR 35 YEARS, TUNE IN FRIDAY MORNING 9/15 AT 9:33 AND WE'LL ANNOUNCE OUR NEW FORMAT" with the message repeated in Spanish below. With new PD BUZZ CASEY just hired, it's doubtful a Spanish flip is in store. Sources in the building tell ALL ACCESS that the Rock format will continue with some interesting tweaks.
