The FCC says that radio and TV complaints processed at the Commission fell from 275,257 in first quarter to 53,352 in second quarter 2006. 52,067 complaints were for indecency and obscenity, with 40,000 of those coming in MAY (APRIL saw 11,326 and JUNE just 741); the indecency counts, by the FCC's own admission, may include duplicate complaints or non-actionable complaints.
