DAVIS BROADCASTING OF ATLANTA, L.L.C. has filed paperwork to transfer ATLANTA Regional Mexican LA RAZA 102.3/101.1 simulcast WCHK/CANTON, GA, WLKQ-F/BUFORD, GA, and WNSY/TALKING ROCK, GA to JAY MEYERS' ACM ATLANTA V LLC (ATLANTA FM BROADCASTING V LLC), representing DAVIS' creditor ACM DAVIS V, for forgiveness of over $9 million in outstanding loans plus an LMA before closing starting on JUNE 1st unless DAVIS pays off the loan on or before MAY 31st.

In other filings with the FCC, MURRAY GREY BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Adult Hits KVUW (SAM 102)/WENDOVER, NV to ALEXANDRA ORTEGA for $150,000 ($10,000 down, $10,000 cash at closing, $130,000 in a promissory note).

EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling W257BS/BAINBRIDGE, GA to FLINT MEDIA INC. for $1.  The translator rebroadcasts the buyer's Oldies WMGR-A/BAINBRIDGE.

OHANA BROADCAST COMPANY LLC has requested a Silent STA for KQNG-A/KEKAHA, HI for technical repairs.

THE WORSHIP CENTER OF KINGSVILLE has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for KBTD/FREER, TX due to delays in installation of its new facility.

And ROBERT SPEARMAN has closed on the transfer of K300BD/STEPHENVILLE, TX to TIFFANY B. SPEARMAN for $500.

In a deal not yet appearing in the  FCC database, BUSTOS MEDIA is reacquiring Regional Mexican WDDW (LA GRAN D)/STURTEVANT-MILWAUKEE, WI from ADELANTE MEDIA GROUP for an undisclosed price.  MEDIA VENTURE PARTNERS' BILL FANNING served as broker for the deal.

In another deal yet to appear in the FCC database, NEWS-PRESS AND GAZETTE's PIKES PEAK TELEVISION is buying News-Talk KRDO-F/SECURITY, CO-COLORADO SPRINGS from OPTIMA COMMUNICATIONS for $2.5 million.  PIKES PEAK has been programming the station, most recently as a simulcast with its KRDO-A, under a time brokerage agreement for several years.  MEDIA SERVICES GROUP's JODY MCCOY served as exclusive broker for the seller in the deal.

Low power FM construction permits were granted to IGLESIA MISIONERA PREGONEROS DE JUSTICIA DE FLORIDA, INC. at  HIALEAH GARDENS, FL; PROYECTO HISPANO DE AYUDA A LA COMUNIDAD at LAFAYETTE, LA;and BARRY UNIVERSITY at MIAMI SHORES, FL.
