SHELIA SHIPLEY BIDDY has joined the NASHVILLE based artist management firm HALLMARK DIRECTION COMPANY. She will join JOHN DORRIS in co-managing Country singer TRENT WILLMON. SHELIA most recently served as VP/Promotion for VIVATON! RECORDS and she has also held positions at RCA, MCA and DECCA RECORDS.
