As ALL ACCESS reported earlier this week, MARK MANUEL exited his position as morning personality at Country WMAD/MADISON, WI. MANUEL has already landed, as he will be the new afternoon host at CLEAR CHANNEL Classic Hits KUUL/QUAD CITIES, IL.
