  CBS RADIO Country KNCI/SACRAMENTO MD MATT VIEIRA has been named Dir./WEST COAST Promotion for STONEY CREEK RECORDS, effective WEDNESDAY, MAY 20th. He succeeds DEREK GUNN, who exited the label last MONTH (NET NEWS 4/16).
  
  VIEIRA has served as MD since 2011 (NET NEWS 2/24/11), and was the Promotions Director for the station prior to that. No word yet on plans to fill his position. Congratulate VIEIRA at (530) 701-2210 or here.
