MIDDLEBURY, CT.-based concert promotion company THE COMMISSION PRESENTS has launched a management division, signing veteran GRAMMY-winning rapper LIL KIM and LATIN artist VICTOR MANUELLE as the first additions to its roster. Having promoted concerts with both artists, THE COMMISSION PRESENTS established a strong working relationship with both acts, making them the perfect two artists to begin its new venture.

Widely known as the Queen Bee, LIL KIM was named by BILLBOARD last year as one of the "female rappers who changed hip-hop."  GRAMMY-nominated MANUELLE is one of the best-selling salsa performers of his generation, known as EL SONERO DE LA JUVENTUD ("The Singer of Youths").  He just scored his record-breaking 25th #1 hit on the BILLBOARD Tropical Songs Chart with "Agua Bendita."
