Hannity Hints Grant May Return To WABC/NY

Former Talk WABC-A, WOR-A, and WMCA-A/NEW YORK talker BOB GRANT visited SEAN HANNITY on FRIDAY and the pair dropped hints that GRANT, fired by ABC a decade ago, might show up on WABC again after the sale of the station to CITADEL is complete. 

The NEW YORK POST's JOHN MAINELLI (GRANT's PD in the WABC days) reports that HANNITY told GRANT, who recently left WOR, that "I look forward to when we can get you out of ABC bondage [in] the next 60 to 90 days" and that GRANT will fill in for HANNITY "one day, [but] right now there's a bondage issue, if you know what I mean." GRANT told MAINELLI that "I'm chomping at the bit to return... In many respects, this hiatus may prove to be a blessing in disguise."
