The RAB has officially pulled back from releasing quarterly revenues, effective this year. In a statement posted on its website, the RAB wrote:
"In keeping with revenue reporting schedules of other media and marketer organizations, effective 2015, the RADIO ADVERTISING BUREAU will join by replacing quarterly revenue reporting and issuing bi-annual Revenue Reports for First-Half 2015 and Year End 2015.
The group representing radio joins the newspaper publishers group and television's TVB, which both cut back to bi-annual reports.
You can now plan on seeing RAB revenue reports in mid-SUMMER for the "First-Half" release, and then the “Year-end 2015” release likely early the following year.
