Townsquare Media, Compass Media Networks To Launch 'Ultimate Classic Rock Nights'

New Show

TOWNSQUARE MEDIA is launching a syndicated evening show for Classic Rock stations through COMPASS MEDIA NETWORKS, "ULTIMATE CLASSIC ROCK NIGHTS," based on the ULTIMATECLASSICROCK.COM website, will begin airing on JUNE 29th and will be carried 7p-midnight on 28 TOWNSQUARE Classic Rock stations.

“We are incredibly excited to leverage the ULTIMATE CLASSIC ROCK brand and content into a daily, nationally syndicated program,” said TOWNSQUARE MEDIA SVP/Programming KURT JOHNSON. “We are equally excited to announce that COMPASS MEDIA NETWORKS will serve as our syndicator and look forward to working with stations across the country.”

The show is launching in the wake of the announcement that another Classic Rock-oriented syndicated show, "ON TAP PRESENTED BY VH1 CLASSIC," will end distribution on JUNE 30th.
