Four More In Congress Agree To Co-Sponsor Local Radio Freedom Act

More Co-Sponsors

Four more Congressional co-sponsors have been added to this session's version of the Local Radio Freedom Act, the bill that would block the imposition of performance royalties on radio stations, according to the NAB.

The resolution now has 187 co-sponsors in the House of Representatives and 16 in the Senate.

The new co-sponsors include Reps. JOHN KATKO (R-NY), JOHN MICA (R-FL), ELISE STEFANIK (R-NY), and DAVID YOUNG (R-IA).
