APEX BROADCASTING Alternative WAVF (96WAVE)/CHARLESTON, SC names WENDY ROLLINS for PM drive. She replaces CRITIC IN THE AM, who moved to mornings with former night gal CARLY MADDOXX a couple months ago (see NET NEWS, 6/26). ROLLINS joins from CLEAR CHANNEL Alternative WBZY (105.3 THE BUZZ)/ATLANTA where where she was doing weekend swing shifts.
Meanwhile, parttimer MOSLEY becomes 96WAVE's new nighttimer and Webmaster extraordinaire.
