JAMIE GILLESPIE, a Staff Assistant on communications issues to the Senate Commerce Committee and Sen. DANIEL INOUYE (D-HI), has joined the NAB as Dir. of Government Relations. GILLESPIE will report to EVP DOUGLAS WILEY.
