WVON/Chicago Set For 1690 Move Next Monday

The move of Talk WVON-A/CHICAGO to its new 1690 AM frequency and 24/7 operation now has a launch date, next MONDAY (9/18). The weekday lineup includes presnt WVON hosts ROLAND MARTIN (mornings), CLIFF KELLEY (afternoons), and JON DAYE (10p-Midnight), plus SANTITA JACKSON (daughter of Rev. JESSE JACKSON) (9a-Noon), SYNDICATION ONE's Rev. AL SHARPTON (Noon-3p), MICHAEL ERIC DYSON (7-10p tape delayed), and TWO LIVE STEWS (Midnight-3a on tape) and AURN's BEV SMITH (3-6a on tape). SHARPTON will broadcast live from WVON's studios on opening day MONDAY.
