Curly Clark: Final Day At KTTS

SCRIPPS Country KTTS/SPRINGFIELD, MO MD/Afternoon personality CURLY CLARK  marked her final day with the radio station TODAY (5/29), 36 years after walking in the door and getting hired by then-PD DON PAUL.

CLARK announced her retirement last WEEK, leaving for a job outside of radio (NET NEWS 5/19). In her final blog on the station’s website, CLARK said goodbye to listeners, saying, “I can't possibly condense all these years into a single blog and I know I am forgetting so many great people that I hope will forgive me. Suffice it to say that it has been one heck of a run! From 'baby ranch hand' to 'mom', I can't believe it's coming to an end... but then all good things must. Though I may not be in your ear, you will be in my heart.”
