The FCC has denied the Petition for Reconsideration filed by JASON KONARZ and upheld the $20,000. fine for EAS, power-down, public file, and nighttime operation violations at his WQMA-A/MARKS, MS. The station's license was cancelled and call letters deleted earlier this year.
