Taste Of Country Music Festival Draws 50,000, Announces Kenny Chesney As 2016 Headliner

The "3RD ANNUAL TASTE OF COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL" was held last WEEKEND at HUNTER MOUNTAIN RESORT in HUNTER, NY with headliners TIM MCGRAW, KEITH URBAN, and TOBY KEITH (NET NEWS 1/28). The three-day event drew a record 50,000 Country music fans from FRIDAY, JUNE 12th through SUNDAY, JUNE 14th. Additional performers included BILLY CURRINGTON, ELI YOUNG BAND, JERROD NIEMANN, SARA EVANS, EASTON CORBIN, CHASE BRYANT, TRACY LAWRENCE, LOCASH, LOGAN MIZE, and many others.

During the SATURDAY (6/13) festivities, the FESTIVAL unveiled its first headliner for the 2016 event. COLUMBIA NASHVILLE artist KENNY CHESNEY has signed on to headline the "4TH ANNUAL TASTE OF COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL," slated to run from FRIDAY, JUNE 10th through SUNDAY, JUNE 12th, 2016. "We continue to be grateful for the support we've gotten from the fans of the TASTE OF COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL, as well as the artist community that helped us launch the first Country music festival in the NORTHEAST three YEARS ago, and continues to contribute to the growth of the event," said FESTIVAL organizer DHRUV PRASAD. "We are already looking forward to producing another great experience in 2016, and could not be more excited to bring KENNY CHESNEY up to the MOUNTAIN!"
