UNIVERSITY OF MAINE SYSTEM has entered a Consent Decree with the FCC, paying $1,200 to settle public file violations at student-run noncommercial WMEB-F/ORONO, ME.
The station had failed to place quarterly issues/programs lists in its public file from JULY 2007 through JULY 2013.
