CARMEN BROWN has been named PD for THE JOY FM NETWORK/SARASOTA, FL. She takes over for STEVE SWANSON, who was recently promoted to GM of sister station WAJF/AUGUSTA, GA. BROWN joined THE JOY FM in 2004 as promotions director. She will also continue to oversee promotions for the rest of this year.
