CD101 Names Music Team

WWCD breaks the mold

INGLESIDE Alternative WWCD (CD101)/COLUMBUS, OH has assembled a Music Team consisting of ERIC HOLMES, RACHAEL GORDON, RUDY GERDEMAN, and TOM BUTLER. They replace longtime CD101 MD JACK DeVOSS, who exited two months ago.

ERIC has been a parttimer with CD101 for the past four years. He also adds the 6-9p night shift. Nighttimer STEVE SMITH (aka DOCTOR SMITH) now operates from 9a-noon replacing DeVOSS.

RACHAEL has been a parttimer at CD101 for the past year. She also adds morning news duties.

RUDY and TOM have hosted "THE INDEPENDENT PLAYGROUND" on CD101 for over 10 years

CD101 PD ANDY "ANDYMAN" DAVIS told ALL ACCESS, "I wanted to try something different and to have more people to rely on to help with programming.  Most of these people have been in our weekly music meetings where we have open forum of grading music on a 1-10 scale. It is one of the things I look at when I consider new music." 

The CD101 four-person music team will take music calls on WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY afternoons. Each person has been assigned a list of record labels.  Click here for the label listing/music call times.

In addition, ANDYMAN will continue to take music calls on WEDNESDAYS, 11a-1p (ET).
