'Trisha Yearwood: The Song Remembers When' Opens At Country Music Hall Of Fame And Museum

The COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME AND MUSEUM opened its newest exhibition, "TRISHA YEARWOOD: THE SONG REMEMBERS WHEN" for a preview party and VIP reception last NIGHT (6/30). YEARWOOD was on-hand to answer questions about the items on display, greet visitors, and mingle with the family, friends, and industry well-wishers in attendance. Included among guest were her husband, GARTH BROOKS; their daughter, ALLIE BROOKS; YEARWOOD's sister, BETH BERNARD; producer GARTH FUNDIS; songwriters HUGH PRESTWOOD and PAT ALGER; and many industry professionals who helped shape YEARWOOD's career from her early days with MCA NASHVILLE through her present relationship with RCA NASHVILLE.
Among the items on display are GRAMMY, CMA, and ACM awards; a personal letter to YEARWOOD from JOHNNY CASH; scripts from her various television appearances on "JAG" and "DR. QUINN, Medicine Woman;" a handwritten receipt for studio time in her hometown of MONTICELLO, GEORGIA in 1983; outfits from red carpet appearances, music videos, and her wedding to BROOKS; family mementos; and much more. "TRISHA YEARWOOD: THE SONG REMEMBERS WHEN" opens to the public FRIDAY, JULY 3rd and will run through DECEMBER 2015 (NET NEWS 5/13).
