Thomas, Rizer Rise To XM MD Posts

XM SATELLITE RADIO HIGHWAY-16 PD JON ANTHONY has announced that he's ended his search for an MD, as former WWYZ/HARTFORD APD/MD JAY THOMAS is hired. Most recently, JAY was the Southeast Promo Dir. for CATEGORY-5 RECORDS/NASHVILLE, and prior to joining WWYZ, JAY had completed programming stints at WEBB-WWME/AUGUSTA, ME. Prior to that JAY was APD/MD at WFLS/FREDERICKSBURG. Contact JAY at va2me2ct@aol.com. ANTHONY has also announced that XM Exec. Producer JOYCE RIZER takes on MD stripes for XM's U.S. COUNTRY, their Country 80's and 90's channel. JOYCE joined XM in 2001.
