CLEAR CHANNEL Urban AC WVAZ (V103)/CHICAGO Operations Manager/Program Director ELROY R.C. SMITH has inked BJ MURPHY for the Midnight to 5 am slot weekdays on V103 beginning SEPTEMBER 18. MURPHY most recently hosted mornings on KRNB/DALLAS.
