ENTERCOM Hot AC WZPL (Z99.5)/INDIANAPOLIS PD SCOTT SANDS has been promoted to Operations Director over the ENTERCOM/INDY cluster, which includes WZPL along with Adult Hits WNTR (107.9 THE TRACK) and News/Talk WXNT-A. SANDS retains his day-to-day programming responsibilities at WZPL, as do WNTR PD ANDREW LEE and WXNT PD TOM WATSON for their respective stations.
