BIA FINANCIAL NETWORK has purchased news and weather desktop alert provider DIGITAL INFORMATION NETWORK. DIN, which will unveil its ACTIVEACCESS software at the NAB RADIO SHOW in DALLAS SEPTEMBER 20, will be included in BIA's BIA INFORMATION NETWORK subsidiary.
