KFGO/Fargo Weatherman Terry Spies Dies At 70

Condolences to family and friends of News-Talk KFGO-A/FARGO weatherman TERRY SPIES, who died MONDAY of a heart attack at 70, according to the station.

SPIES had been with KFGO since 1997; he previously worked for the NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE.

A memorial service is scheduled from 5-7p (CT) FRIDAY at WEST FUNERAL HOME in WEST FARGO, with the funeral at 10a SATURDAY at FAITH LUTHERAN CHURCH in WEST FARGO, followed by a gathering at the WEST FARGO VFW.
