iHEARTMEDIA has flipped Talk W253BI/GLEN ALLEN-RICHMOND, fed by the HD2 channel of Alternative WRXL (XL 102) to Country, branding as “BIG 98.5 – RICHMOND’s NEW COUNTRY” and debuting with 10,000 commercial-free songs in a row.
