Emmis Promotes Patrick Walsh To President/COO, Ryan Hornaday To EVP/CFO

EMMIS COMMUNICATIONS CORP. has upped EVP/CFO/COO PATRICK WALSH to Pres./COO and has also upped SVP/Finance and Treasurer RYAN HORNADAY to EVP/CFO. JEFF SMULYAN remains Chairman of the Board and CEO. The company has also upped CHRISTOPHER RICKENBACH to VP of Finance/Assistant Treasurer. The new appointments are effective AUGUST 1st.

These moves are a natural evolution in our leadership process, allowing RYAN to take on additional responsibility for leading our finance team thereby enabling PAT to build on his impressive track record operating our business.
