  The WICHITA BUSINESS JOURNAL reports that CLEAR CHANNEL/WICHITA GM DICK HARLOW is exiting to take the VP and Market Manager for the CC/RALEIGH cluster. In WICHITA, HARLOW will be replaced by TOM GLADE, who currently serves as CC/SAN ANTONIO Market Manager. HARLOW's first day in RALEIGH will be THURSDAY (9/21), while GLADE will be in WICHITA by TUESDAY (9/19).
