TRIBUNE BROADCASTING President PATRICK MULLEN has resigned. MULLEN took over the group, which includes the company's only radio property, WGN-A/CHICAGO as well as 26 TV stations, in 2003. TV group VPs JOHN REARDON and JOHN VITANOVEC will take over MULLEN's duties on an interim basis while a successor is found.
