BUCKLEY BROADCASTING Hot AC KLLY (KELLY 95.3)/BAKERSFIELD, CA names former KDND/SACRAMENTO, CA morning talent DARCI DAWN for MD/afternoon duties replacing FORREST "PARTYBOY" BUELLER who starts at KNGY (ENERGY 92.7)/SAN FRANCISCO today. DAWN previously did mornings for KLLY before departing to KDND. DARCI is now in the house and will be taking music calls beginning next week.
