Univision Names Laraine Mancini As SVP Finance

UNIVISION COMMUNICATIONS INC. has named former TIME WARNER CABLE VP/Corporate Strategy and Business Development LARAINE A. "RAINEY" MANCINI SVP/Finance and Head of Investor Relations.  Based in NEW YORK, MANCINI will report to CFO FRANCISCO J. LOPEZ-BALBOA.

“RAINEY is a seasoned professional and brings a wide-ranging skillset to UNIVISION, from her hands-on investor relations and business development experience, to her nearly 10 years of practice as an equity research analyst covering the media industry,” said LOPEZ-BALBOA. “RAINEY’s strong financial acumen, along with her in-depth understanding of the equity and debt capital markets, excellent communication and investment analysis skills and well-established relationships with investors and analysts will be very valuable as we embark on the next chapter for our Company.”
