Townsquare Media Buys North American Midway Entertainment, LLC

TOWNSQUARE MEDIA, INC. is adding to its Live Events division with the purchase of carnival and fair ride and food concession operator NORTH AMERICAN MIDWAY ENTERTAINMENT, LLC for about $75.5 million.
