  OLE has tapped MIKE WHELAN to join the independent rights management company's NASHVILLE-based office as Sr. Dir./Creative, where he will report to OLE GM/NASHVILLE Creative JOHN OZIER.
  
  WHELAN joins from SONY MUSIC PUBLISHING, where he worked with artists and writers including LUKE BRYAN, KENNY CHESNEY, and ERIC CHURCH.
